The Underlying Simplicity of Complexity.
My name is Ary van Baalen. Since 1973 I am working in health care. I started as a technician hemodialysis. Later as a technician cardiology and anesthesiology. Trained as a social worker and qualifed family (systemic) therapist. In 1990 I switched to a management position in healthcare. Since 1997 I am independent interim manager. Experienced as interim manager and system thinker. I help my customers to get in short time sight and grip on complex issues; and help them find the right and most simple solution for complex issues (in a fast, effective and sustainable way). In my spare time do I paint about things that interest me.
